We've done business with this company for the past 10 years we dealt with one of the new customer service Representatives by the name of Kimberly she's at extension 17 we ordered our regular order. And we only received a partial when we spoke with her original she was very rude on the phone and it took her over a week to return our call and that's very unprofessional for our company's been doing business with them for 10 years so we made a complaint to the upper management and nothing was done about it and it's unfortunate because we did 10 years with them ordering from them and we'll have to find another place to do our business.
