Complaint Review: Omega Metal Roofing

Benjamin Beasley, owner of what is now called Omega Metal Roofing LLC, has been sued twice within the last four (4) years. He was first sued in 2016 and then a second time in 2019 for a different case. After losing in court, and in order to avoid legal and financial responsibility, he closes the business and reopens a new one under a different name and representative agent and starts advertisement all over again. In 2017 his company's name was Beasley Specialty Roofing, then he changed it to Beasley Metal Roofing and Construction LLC. Now, after losing in court for negligence construction, he closed this for the second time and reopened his third business under what you see now advertised as Omega Metal Roofing LLC.

Do your own research to verify these facts before hiring this man. Do not let deceiving pictures, religious signs of his company and phrases like "verified contractor, licensed and insured" lead you to making a decision that you may later greatly regret. Be careful and investigate before hiring this individual that presents himself as a "Christian professional contractor". However, based on the facts and his actions he is a nothing but a dishonest unethical crook.
