Omin-care Group Inc Not received payment for paving work done in the amout of $12,500 Belleair Florida
Did paving work on a Family Dollar in Landsford, Pa. in June of 2014 for 12,500.00. I was contracted by Neil Ford him self to do the paving work in Landsford that as a rush job to complete. After job was complete I took pictures and sent them to Neil Ford to show the job was infact complete.
After Neil Ford confirmed on a job well done I was told payment would be received of $12,500.00 in the next few weeks. After 2 months I wrote letters and left message only for Neil Ford to tell me I will receive payment when Family Dollar pays them first. I called Family Dollar and told me they have paid Omni-care 2 weeks after being paved. I called and e-mailed Neil Ford and to my suprise he got very defensive over me calling Family Dollar. And have not heard a word from eithe since.
Since then I have fill law suits against both with no reply.
