I had an unsolicited call from someone who said he worked for a mentoring company in Las Vegas  called ResultsNV and offered me mentoring to better my Internet business. This was a thursday. On friday night he called again and sold me a mentoring course that as I discovered would cost me $9100. On saturday I studied the enrollment contract and discovered I only had 3 days if I wanted to cancel. I realized their mentoring would not provide the funds I needed so I cancelled immediately by email and registered airmail.


I sent copies of the cancellation letter and the postal receipt for the registered letter dated within the 3 days allowed. The guy in Vegas called me and said they would put the money back into my Amex account. A week later I discovered that a company called OmniDoba in St George had taken $9100 from mu Amex account. I immediately protested to Amex and told them I had not authorize that company to charge my account.


Of course, they never paid me back. It lso turned out that the company who had STOLEN the money from my Amex account was Omni Business Solutions. All these companies belong to the Shanklin Group which is a known group of scammers.


That has really set me off now is that they had the nerve of trying to get $39.95 from my account.Naturally I have not bought anything from them. I now have to use the AMEX stopservice and will not be able to use the card until this matter is cleared-
