Complaint Review: Omni Business Solutions

Omni Business Solutions was a company that i inquired to about marketing a website that was User Created Content Based Website built in Asp.net. The Salesman from this company did the typical sales tactics in trying to get me to purchase their product, making it sound like they were a marketing company. When in all reality, they are simply a mentoring group. And the price i paid for this was somewhere around 2500, plus some extra that was financed, because their they had a "4000 dollar minimum", I was very excited to get going with this program and bring my website to the next level. So they set up an phone appointment with someone from their company to call me the next week after the payment went through. To make a long story short.

What i received for a 4000 dollar price tag was Seven fifteen minute phone calls from a girl a little over 20 years old, and a middle aged lady running an online store, giving me information on "SEO". Every bit of the information that was given, is Basic basic information that I already know, and that any website owner with half a brain already knows. I clearly explained to the company about the type of website i owned, and they said they could help me out with it.

I was outraged and demanded a refund after realizing what i had paid for, and they informed me that they only give you a 3 day period after purchasing for a refund.


What you are getting with Omni Business Solutions is, Information on starting an ebay site that is extremely basic for an extremely high price.

I urge anyone that is considering this company to steer away, you will not get the information you need. You could run a Google search for the Word "SEO" and learn twice as much as you would with a company like OmniBizSolutions.com, they are a gimmick and under qualified to be giving advice out.
