A month ago we were contacted by OMNI-CARE Group Inc. They asked us to give them an esimate to fix a sign for a store, that is one of their clients. We gave them an estimate and my company employee went and looked at what the problem was and how much to fix it. OMNI-CARE Group Inc. told us that we could fix it for them.

We had to order a part for the sign to get it fixed, so it took about a week to get the part in. As soon as we received the part, my employee went and fixed the sign. We did everything that we was told to do.

I emailed the workorder and our invoice to them for parts and labor. A week went by and we were told that the check would be in the mail for the services we completed for them. We never received payment and when I have attempted to contact our client, she would not return our calls or emails. It's like that got what they wanted but, now they don't want to pay us.

I have also contacted the CEO of OMNI-CARE Group Inc. and he told me 2 weeks ago the check was in the mail, never received it again. Well last week, he told me the same thing and we have not received it as of yet. I have called and emailed them and have not heard anything back from them.

We are not wanting to take legal action, but it looks like that is what we are going to have to do. If I ran our company like this, we would be out of business quick!!!!!!! It is just a shame that companies do this to people.

Slanderous claim by JC Pye Electric is baseless

JC Pye with JC Pye Electric erroneously filed this complaint of non-payment. We attempted to contact Mr. Pye to ask him to kindly recant/redact his assertion, or to find out where any disconnect may have occured between our companies.

Unfortunately, we did not hear back from Mr. Pye.

The facts are that Mr. Pye was contracted to perform a small electrical job for us. He submitted his invoice for $596.58 on 11/22/10 and it was paid in full on 12/17/10.

If you read this Mr. Pye and are able to remove your complaint, it would be sincerely appreciated as we all work too hard to earn our trusted reputations, to have it tarnished by possibly a communication issue.
