Neil Ford the Owner of Omini- Care a leading Service maintenance company for many nationwide business such as Walmart, Starbucks and Olive Garden to name a few.   Neil Ford contacated my bussiness Ber's Heating and cooling and ask if we could take on any more work.  Neil said he has some Pet supply Plus stores that needs some HVAC work done so we enrolled into there program and started doing HVAC work for them.  the contract we had was payement in 45 days and all was going good for about 3 months and Neil Ford made his first payement to us.  Then he asked us to bid on replacing 3 Rooftop units at a Parma Pet supply plus store so we did and he signed our contract and we put the rooftop units in.  well needless to say he riped us off $55,000 dollars. He stop calling us ,he stoped returning are call, and we can not get intouch with anyone from Omini Care except voice mails as of 7-15-2015 we are still not paided and now we are starting the court battle with them.  There was no reason why he didn't pay except Neil Ford and Omini Care does not pay there bills and rip off small business.
