We performed several jobs for Omni-Care Group, for Federal Express, New York & Co. and Family Dollar in summer 2014.    Over $6,800 worth.  I filed a complaint with our county magistrate back in December and heard from Omni Care Group via email that they wanted to pay the amount due in 4 installments to settle out of court.  We agreed to this, and to date only received one of the 4 payments.

 

I contacted them several times without any luck for the remainder of the 3 payments.  I have since re-filed with our county magistrate.  They were sent a certified letter by our magistrate, signed for it but never responded.  Today we received a call stating that since they have not respsonded we were awarded judgment and can file with the clerk of court on Monday which we plan to do.

 

Warning to all companies, DO NOT do any type of service work for this company.  You will NOT be paid for your services or parts that you purchased.  All the companies I contacted above said they paid Omni-Care Group.  We are still out almost $5K to date.
