OMNI has recvd complaints from my neighbor. Such as i have a security light. My neighbor took a picture and sent it to OMNI, I recvd a letter stating: No person shall construct any improvement to any lot without the prior written consent of the design review board. So anyone that wants to improve there home must pay $25.00 and get written approval. What a ripp-off. We pay for OMNI to manage the property not pick out only one family and attack them based on the report from one neighbor. Don't we want homeowners to make improvements??? Now not the person taking the pictures have added out building and patio without permitts. Most of all I sent a cert letter asking for the guidelines and still no response. But if you complain about your neighbor tthey will get a notice.
