Complaint Review: Omni Dual Saw

On May 28th I received my Omni Dual Saw. After seeing the infomercial on TV I became convinced it was the power tool needed in my manufacturing operation. After opening the package I discovered I was missing the handle that would allow me to safely use it. After calling customer service that same day I was assured that the missing parts would be shipped out that day. Well here we are July 30th and still no replacement part.

I have spoken to customer service at least six times over the last two months only to be told that my order will be processed in 24 hours. When I ask how it is possible for me to receive the same answer from each customer service person I speak to and still not have my part I only get ''I'm sorry sir, I will place your order in and it will ship within 24 to 48 hours''

I have asked to speak to a supervisor and was told I would receive a call back from one to clear this matter up .I am still waiting.

I then asked to speak to someone in the corporate office. I was told in order for that to happen they would have to put in a ''call back order'' to corporate before someone would call me. I requested that call order, I am still waiting.

I cannot express strongly enough that I think this company is a total rip-off . There customer service is incompetent and useless. Anyone how purchases this saw from this company is making a big mistake.
