On or about November 05th, I made a purchase a treadmill at Omni Fitness, White Plains, NY (Tel: 914.428.1300). The purchase was put on my visa card. When the unit was delivered, there was no accessories, no manual and the units incline did not work. To this day the incline do not work, after repeated request to get it fixed. I spoke to Jose Talledo, who was the sales person I bought the unit from who keep telling me it will be fixed. I also spoke to Jason and the manager Alan. Everyone I spoke to seem to be giving me the run around. Recently I spoke to Jason again, who informed me that Alan is no longer there and that he is now the Manager. He assured me that he would take care of it, however, he never returned my call either. Area Manager Robert Patterson 609-332-2067.

I tried to get this resoled, by calling them 22 times. Some of these calls were to ask ,when is the unit to be fixed, call to speak to manager, messages I left, follow-up calls, follow up on the follow-up when I got no response. I left messages for Jose, Alan, Jason and I spoke to everyone working there, including Jason, the new Manager, who told me last time he would get back to me I'm still waiting.

The product was defective and arrived defective. They also refused to repair the unit or replace the unit.

I would like you all to call these people for me. I think if every one calls they will refund my money. Any help i can get on here please email me. genus2_@hotmail.com
