Between this mos. of Aug.-Sept2007...this has really been this consumer's time of "horrible" nighmare. 'Cause you see...for me...I got "re-billed"(thru the USA Mail) for 2 mos. that were already pd. forack in Feb. 2007 too.

I've even wrote them letter(s) but they don't reply back...except to expect more money too.

Also, I mailed out my payment of $180.25 (total bill that was mailed) & I told them (thru the correspondence)that was to start back my mo. payment starting on Aug. 24,2007 - Feb.24, 2008.

And I also told them to quit asking for any more money too.

I even sent them the "copy" of my insurance card...that states that my insurance was to expire: on Aug. 24, 2007.

But no....I'm still not "straightened" out on this "mess"at all...according to their "rotten" letters that they're still sending me either.

I've also turned them into...Consumer Affairs(on-line too). And they'll probably take some legal action against them too.

This is the lst time that they've "messed" my acct. up...since I signed up with them in Summer 1996.

I hope you don't have the bad luck of being hit by one of their insured when it comes time to compensate you they are the devil and they hate having to pay you money even though it was their insured

Omni is horrible in settling the adjusters are very mean and ugly. I don't think its "FAIR" that insurance companies  make your life a living hell your bills & house payment get behind & you almost lose everything,  because they don't want to compensate you fairly because of their insured fault.
