This company contacted me with a lying sales pitch!! They said that they represent a company/office supplier that is going out of business, and that they have products below cost. They called our office, to gather information, like name of secretary or receptionist. In our case, the sales person did not tell me the prices over the phone. Soon after, they shipped the products, with a packing slip and NO INVOICE, the INVOICE will come later with completely different prices then what you agreed to over the phone.

The disclaimer of the packing slip on the bottom will say that you have 5 days to complain after receipt of goods. To be more precise, the disclaimer reads:

No merchandise will be accepted in return, without prior written authorization.
No claims allowed unless made within five days after receipt of goods.

The INVOICE will come after the five days, so you cannot return the goods. Then, if you refuse to pay the invoice, they will start with a strong illegal collection practice, as they will have proof of delivery of the products, etc. They are currently advertising the following phone numbers, which is a recording, at (888) 612-1293 or (940) 612-1293. You can leave a message, but good luck in getting a call back.

The first time we got scammed was in the fall of 2011.  We mistakenly PAID the invoice not knowing this was a SCAM.  Then, a few months ago, a representative called from Omni Services again and wanted to thank us for our business and they were going to send us a "free gift".  Well, the free gift ended up being a candle, and 5 more huge cases of office supplies that we don't need.  Then in the mail I received another invoice from them for the office products that we DIDN'T agree to or actually even TALK about over the phone - and this bill is almost $2,000.
