Omni Services, Gainsville, Texas 76241 Office Supplies, Company going out of Business Illegal Sales and Collection Practices ,MAIL FRAUD, 888) 612-1293 ,940 612-1293 Gainesville, Texas
This company will contact you with a lying sales pitch!! They will say that they represent a company/office supplier that is going out of business, and that they have products below cost. They will call your office, to gather information, like name of secretary, name of owner, name of receptionist, and then they will talk to someone in the purchasing area as if this has been an approved purchase. In our case, the first name of the sales person was Jennifer, she will tell you the prices over the phone which will NEVER match the Invoice Prices. Soon after, they will ship you the products, with a packing slip and NO INVOICE, the INVOICE will come later with completely different prices then what you agreed to over the phone.
The disclaimer of the packing slip on the bottom will say that you have 5 days to complain after receipt of goods. To be more precise, the disclaimer reads:
“No merchandise will be accepted in return, without prior written authorization.”
“No claims allowed unless made within five days after receipt of goods.”
The INVOICE will come after the five days, so you cannot return the goods. Then, if you refuse to pay the invoice, they will start with a strong illegal collection practice, as they will have proof of delivery of the products, etc…. They are currently advertising the following phone numbers, which is a recording, at (888) 612-1293 or (940) 612-1293. You can leave a message, but good luck in getting a call back.
Bellow is the link of the Better Business Bureau, with 36 complains.

The whole truth and nothing but the truth ... By: Elaine Clark

Its nice to see that Dixie has taken
time off from ripping hard working people off to reply to my rebuttal that I
posted yesterday regarding the ripoff tactics of my previous employer Omni
Services. It is true that I have had and
continue to enjoy a relationship with Dixies
husband. What Dixie
failed to mention, was the 8 year l*****n relationship we had that she hid from
her husband Carlos. Ive had a very
troubled life and Dixie was there for me in my time of
need. I had been sober for 4 years when
I met Dixie and at that point in my life I was like a
ship sailing on the dark ocean. I had no
direction in my life, but after meeting Dixie all of
that changed. After working with Dixie
for 3 months, we began to spend countless hours together enjoying each others
company.
In the summer of 2003, we had our first romantic contact and
that continued for almost 8 years. About
6 months ago, I began feeling a disconnect from Dixie
and we spent less and less time together.
It was like having a spike driven through my heart every time I saw
Carlos. Just the fact that we were
betraying him both as a wife and as a friend made me rethink my relationship with
Dixie. I told her
that I wanted to end our l*****n relationship, because it was to hard seeing
Carlos every day and facing him knowing what I was doing with Dixie.
About 2 months ago Dixie asked me to
attend a dinner with her where she begged me to reconsider ending the
relationship. I told her that my mind
was made up and that I wanted to remain friends, but I did not want to continue
our relationship. During the dinner, I
began to feel lightheaded and Dixie offered to drive me
home. That is the last thing I remember
of that night. I woke up the next
morning in bed with Dixie at my home. She had slipped some sort of drug into my
drink at dinner and took me home and at some point I began to drink again. Twelve years of sobriety gone because of Dixie. I immediately threw Dixie
out of my home and told her that I never wanted to speak with her again. We continued to work together, but the
employees knew something was wrong and several began to ask about the apparent feud
between Dixie and myself. One of employees contacted Carlos and asked
if he would speak with me, which he did.
While speaking with Carlos, I emptied my soul to him and confessed of
the affair Dixie and I had for the past 8 years. Carlos explained that he no longer had
feelings for Dixie, and that they remained together for
the sake of their 5 children. We began
spending time together and at some point, I felt that something was driving me
to Carlos and he felt the same toward me.
Did we give into our feelings?
Yes. Do I regret it? Not for one minute. Dixie drugged me and
caused me to relapse back into my alcohol demon life. Carlos was there for me in my time of need
and he has been supporting me during my road back to sobriety.
I hate you Dixie for what you have
done to me and I hope there is a special place for you in hell when you leave
this life of sin that you live.

It is unfortunate that some people take it upon themselves to try and drag a good and upstanding company into the mud. Elaine Clark should be the last person you rely on to give an objective review of Omni Services. What Elaine has written above is a utter lie. The truth about Elaine is that she can not be trusted. Take that from someone with first hand knowledge of her. We have been friends for years, but it wasn't until this past Monday, April 15th that I saw the real Elaine Clark and it was much more than I wanted to see.
I was scheduled off Monday, but I had forgotten some papers on my desk, so I showed up at the office around 11:45. What I found when I walked through the door was a total shock and slap in the face from my so called friend. I walked into the office and found Elaine and my husband naked on top of my desk. I immediately lost it and threw her and my cheating b*****d husband off of the property and informed Elaine never to return to Omni. It was hurtful enough to find them together, but to use my desk was a slap in the face.
We have strived to be a leader in our industry, and to have that working for this company is an embarrassment to both our staff and our customers. Please accept my apologies and again, please to not give any credence to the lies that Elaine has spilled against Omni.
Good riddance Elaine. You two deserve each other.

The Truth About Omni Services
#5UPDATE EX-employee responds

I would like to take this opportunity to set the record straight on the business practices of Omni Services. It is true that the company has been around for years and it is also true that the company takes advantage of medium and large business by running a office supply scheme. I was employed by Omni Services up until Monday, April 16, 2012. Seeing the company lied and fabricated things to terminate my employment, I felt it would be justified to let the whole world know how they work and how to avoid them and other ripoff vulture companies.
Omni first obtains lists of companies along with telephone numbers and "Sales" calls are made. The most common scam is whereby we pretend to represent having supplies that were acquired through other business that were/are going out of business. At this point, we would obtain the name of the person who is responsible for ordering supplies and if possible get that person to commit to purchase any amount of supplies from us at extremely reduced prices. Once we get that commitment, Omni would then jump into action and ship out vast quantities of office supplies at greatly inflated prices. You would be surprised how many invoices just get forwarded to bookkeeping without a question and is paid. For those that go unpaid, we use the "We will report you to the credit agency" threats and 50% of those are paid.
For those of you have been a victim of Omni, I would say lesson learned. There are hundreds of scams just like the one Omni perpetrates. Do your homework on the scam and know your rights. If you receive something in the mail you did not order, the law says you may treat it like a gift and have no responsibility to pay for it. Hopefully a ot of people will read this and understand that the office supplies you received from Omni are free. Enjoy them. Maybe Omni should have thought it through before they let me go Monday.
By the way, if anyone who reads this gets a call from Dixie Martin, tell her Elaine said hi!

As a representative of Omni Services I would like to say we have a wonderful staff of people who work very hard to make sure every call is answered and returned if left voicemail. Our goal is to never have an unsatisfied customer. We do understand however, when you have a customer base as large as ours mistakes do happen. Once weve been made aware of the problem our staff goes into action to make sure we end up with a satisfied customer.
We have been in business for 25 successful years. Our goal has always been to serve our customers with the best service and competitive pricing. Upon placing an order all customers are given an order confirmation number along with an estimated ship date. Our calls are all monitored by supervisory staff and are verified before shipping.
It is unfortunate that we have had a few customers, who sometimes did not give us an opportunity to address the problem but yet, will post things on the Internet. Maybe out of frustration but never the less its his or her opinion and there is no one to confirm the information or know that is factual. We are looking forward to serving both our current customer base as well as our future customers.
Sincerly,
Elaine Clark
