I was charged $399.99 for 5 hours of chat...I spent 2 hours with Amy running a virus scan and telling me my computer was so corrupt that I needed to get it fixed NOW!...Then I spent another 2 hours with Aron and all he did was uninstall my printer and reinstall it after it had already installed when he rebooted the computer...I spent 1 hour with Jerry and all he did was put an icon on my computer so I could run their $399.99 optimizing software at a later date...He did set up a schedule to run the auto scan...SCAM!!!

I still can't get to other web sites...I get blank pages.  For now the printer is working.

I could of gotten another virus software for less than $20.00.

Ms. Sharron Sharp had a Printer issue that was related to hardware issue, which is why OmniTech
couldnt fix it through remote access even after 5 hours. In this particular instance, we refunded the amount of $150.00 to her for the inconvenience she faced. We requested Ms. Sharron Sharp to visit a local tech to fix the Printer issue as it could not be resolved by us. Apparently, she agreed to our proposal and happily declared to stay with us.

We hadnt charged the customer $399.99 just to install System optimizer on her computer.

That is not correct.  She agreed to a Yearly service plan where she can get unlimited technical support for any number of issue resolutions and for us to fine tune her computer on monthly basis.

On February 09, 2013 the customer sent us a mail asking to update her new email id and we
followed it.

On March 02, 2013 the customer came back to us with another issue Sound not working and our
technician fixed the issue. So that underscores that she wasnt just charged $399.99 for a single issue. She obviously understood that she could come to us for unlimited software resolutions with the annual support plan she agreed to.  The customer confirmed the fix.

Below is the Chat Transcript:
3:13 AM CC-TECH 5: We are glad to inform you that the issue with sound has been fixed.
3:14 AM Sharron Sharp: Yes I have sound now.
3:14 AM Sharron sharp: ty
3:14 AM CC-TECH 5: For updating our records, I would like you to kindly confirm if the issue has been fixed by replying with a YES or NO.
