OmniAuto ripoff Warranty I purchased can not be honored due to the company's bankruptcy impeding the repair of major problems with my vehicle. Media Pennsylvania
In September of 2002, I purchased a vehicle from a reputable dealer in Redding, Ca. and I also purchased an extended warranty at that time.
A few months later, when I needed repair work done to my vehicle, I was notified by the repair shop I took it into that my warranty could not be honored because the company had filed for bankruptcy. I contacted the owner of the dealership whom I purchased the vehicle from and she told me there was nothing she could do for me but supplied me with a phone number to contact a man in charge of handling the legalities for the consumers.
There has never in the many months that have followed and numerous phone calls made, ever been a return phone call back. It is costing me a small fortune in repair costs and not to mention extra money on my loan I am paying interest on. I can't find anyone to help me. I don't want to lose out on my chance to get in on the lawsuit.
