Complaint Review: Omnicard

Omnicard their card was decline online on 12/10, funds were debited, as of 12/20 the funds haven't been credited Reno Nevada

Attempted to use Omnicard for a $67 online purchase. Card was declined but card was debited by Omnicard. I called and they told me it would take 5-7 days to credit. Called back on 12/19 and they told me it would credit on 12/20. Called on 12/20 and they told me 12/23. I don't know if I'll be credited or not but think 10 days has been too long to wait already. It took mere seconds to debit the card, why so many days to credit the card?
