Although she seems to be a very nice lady she is the most careless landlord I have ever seen!!! Its been almost a week I do not have a working top lock to my door! There is only one door to the apartment which is not legal. I have to heat my house with the oven she didnt even offer or agree to having it checked. I told her after calling her almost everyday for a week she came over for about 30 secs said maybe thanksgiving day for the lock. But I have a new born baby coming and a two year old living here and I need proper working heat!!!! After a day I had to buy all new light bulbs. I can deal with little things like the knobs on the cabinet falling off every time you touch them but I cant deal with heat that barley working
