The dispatch person's name is Peter Cooperman and he sounds very professional and is very good at planning your move and offering exactly what you need.

They picked up some of our furniture at a storage location, insisted on being paid cash and then delivered it to our house. They did not want to place the furniture in the right places and were very rough with the furniture. We booked them for 4 hours and paid cash including taxes.
They insisted on more money to go back and pick up the second load, as it was already past the 4 hours as they were late adn very slow. They took the cash and left and never came back.
They are on KIJIJI and operate under several names:
