The offer was not as represented, they had people call to try to get more money. Extort money with pressure. They asked a lot of very personal financial questions.

When I contacted your 800 number they were rude and disconnected me on purpose many times. I could not speak with a supervisor no matter what I did.

I want my money back as per their guarantee and cannot get it. I was victimized and it was a miserable experience.
