Complaint Review: On Line Supplier

In checking our checking account online this am we noticed a charge for $49.95 to On Line Supplier in which we did not give our credit card number to and then noticed Ebay was involved so that's where they had to have gotten that information.

I called and spoke to Rhonda 2605 at On Line Supplier and she said someone in our household did it. Well, it's just my husband myself and two dogs. Neither of us did it so that leaves the dogs. She did finally say they would give us a credit in 1-5 business days. So we will see if that happens. I did get conformation to this effect. I do not see how companies can just charge your credit card without your approval or knowledge.
