They asked me to be their sales person and present outdated insurance documents to homeowners I have copies of these documents.they brought me on as an independent contractor yet try to treat me like an employee demanding that I be subordinate. the exchange of messages demanding for subordination we're done via email which I have documents off as well.

They are in breach of contract with me. They will not pay me. When I told them I did not want to partake in their business practices they told me they would show up at my front door which I found extremely thug like and it made me fear full.

I was called names &profanity. If  these people try to do this to you please check their insurance please report them to the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List. Waiving deductibles is a misdemeanor on them.At a quick guess I would say they owe me around $10,000.

Mr James Causey is not an owner of this company!

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Poor decisions on james Causey's part involved with Josh Mickelson and his canvassing company ultimately lead to his resignation in mid june 2013. He is no longer involved with or has any association to OnPoint in any way. I did offer Mr. Mickelson a sales position but never contracted any such agreement with him. Further more if you look at the documentation our insurance was and will always be current. Any moneys owed if legally obligated should have been entered into a civil action suit. Considering there has never been a lawsuit filed and no documentation of said moneys owed. Any employee can say that they are owed 10,000 dollars. As the owner that amount is kind of ridiculous considering it does not factor in draws, weekly set rates. All money owed to Mr. Mickelson was paid, Mr. Causey is no longer associated with Onpoint or any of our contracted work.
