Filled out rebate form exactly as needed. Sent all required documentation as needed. Was told the invoice copy was not legible & was denied. No contact has been made since denial after several e-mails. They just want me to give up $50.00

My rebate was just payed to my account after a fairly long wait, stating that my invoice was not legible. Using my same copy of the invoice,( E-Mailed this time ) after posting on Ripoffreport.com, the invoice was magically legible again. I would like to thank those who work at Onrebate for doing what was right, took too long. But I did get it.
I will be staying clear of Tiger Direct & On Rebate in the future. There are many other comanies that sell These products, without the hassle. After reading all of the posts on this website, these two companies are not worth my time. Stay diligent & get your rebates back. AFTER ALL IT IS YOUR MONEY !!

In a lot of cases customers make copies of their invoices and they do not come out clear.
Remember that it is important that the information is legible because we need to compare the information on the rebate form with the information in the invoice to make sure you are the person that made the purchase.
