Complaint Review: On Staff USA

On Staff USA We will pay You $10.00 an hour, I only got $9.00! ripoff swindler Portage Michigan .....

I accepted work from On Staff USA in Portage Michigan. I was told that I would be paid $10.00 an hour for the work I was going to do. I worked at a company called Hydro Aluminum in the shipping and receiving department, packing very heavy aluminum parts. I worked four weeks for the company and was paid the $10.00 per hour.

On the fifth week I went to On Staff to get my check. Suddenly I am only getting paid $9.00 per hour. There was no notice of the change in pay. Not only that but when asking why there was a pay change, the only answer I could get was "we are sorry there was a mistake".

So I was shorted for two weeks the extra $1.00 per hour. There is a total of 100 hours that I was only paid the $9.00 per hour. So that is $130.00 that I was shorted in pay. No one at the company will answer any questions. They seem to think that they did nothing wrong!
