Complaint Review: On the Spot Autobody - Alex Jace

I made the mistake of hiring these guys. They are amateurs. I just wanted some scratches fixed and my spoiler painted. The painted over the scratches leaving scratches with paint in them. Also, the paint does not match and it looks horrible. The coat of paint is rough and there is impurities everywhere. It looks like it was painted with a can of spray paint. It funny how I can't get a hold of them.... Now I have to pay to get this fixed and go to small claims court to get my money back! They claim to have 15 years experience but they are barely 15 years old. I have found some other complaints online about their work. If Alex Jace shows up at your house do not do business with the guy. He is a coward and a disgrace!

I SPENT MY SUNDAY SCRAPING OFF THE BOTCHED JOB - LUCKILY THEY DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO APPLY PAINT AND IT CAME OFF
