Complaint Review: On the spot RV & trailer repair

This is the worst place to even think about getting your trailer or coach worked on.Robert woods gives you an estimate saying your coach will be done in 2 weeks ends up bieng in there for over 3 months for a simple oil change and generator service. Then he gives you a huge exuse why it's not done he is a total rip off $200 for a mobile call no thanks I'll take my business to B&L RV they really know how to treat a customer.I know a lot of people who went here and will never go back one of my good freinds took him to small claims court because he caused more damage to his coach and did not want to fix it.They are also not ASE certified either they are liars on their website it says they are.NEVER GO TO OFF THE SPOT RV IN ELK GROVE YOU ARE WARNED YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE OUT UNTIL MONTHS LATER!!!!
