Complaint Review: On The Web Marketing Group - On The Web Stores

On 5/19/04 I ordered products online from this company, I received part of my order approximately 3 weeks later and was told the rest of my order will come in the next shipment. On 6/16/04 I received an email that my product still did not come in but I will receive it in the next shipment. At that time I called and they gave me a 5% discount for my inconvenience.

On 7/13 I received an email from them again stating that my order had once again been backordered. I phoned the company, they said I will definitely receive it in the next shipment on 8/4/04, on 8/7/04 I received an email stating once again...it was backordered. On 8/9/04 I phoned the company again and was told they would call the company, as I waited on the phone, that ships the products to determine if the product I ordered was definitely on the next shipment. They came back on the phone and confirmed my products were definitely on the next shipment and I will receive them by 8/20. On 8/20 I received an email stating that my order has been backordered once again.

Unfortunately I failed to check this company out with the BBB before ordering, since then I have found out this company has an unsatisfactory report with the BBB and I have now filed my own complaint against them.
