Complaint Review: ON TIME DIGITAL

I purchased a NEW video picture frame from these guys. It arrived in a generic box, and had obviously been used. the cords had been bound with rubberbands and nothing was in its origional, unused condition.

I tried to make use of the frame (for my mom) anyway but it had many problems. I called them within one week of receiving the useless piece of trash and they gave me the major run around. Everything from trying to have me send it back to the manufacturer where I would have to pay for the shipping and repair, to not even providing their address to send it back.

Beware of this "company" and always realize that your credit card company will stand behind you in these situations. I found their address online, sent the item back, got a full refund from my credit card company AND learned to check for these type of scammers online before making a purchase in the future. This company is really easy to find on MANY ripoff reports, as they have a terrible reputation.
