I ordered from this company and the cameras they sent were faulty. Their LCD screens were extremly blurry. When I tried to return the cameras, it took me 3 days just to speak to someone. They did not want me to return them. When I finally received a RA number, I had to pay for overnight shipping since it had already been 3 days. I paid the shipping, and was supposed to receive a full refund. They did not give me the full refund. The didn't refund me $60 and they said it was for a restocking fee. I was told my 2 different individuals that I would not be charged for the restocking fee. They said the cameras were not faulty even though I took them to Best Buy and asked a sale associate if this was the way it was supposed to look. He said no, and that these were faulty. When I called the company to about not receiving the full refund they said "OH WELL" and hung up. Do not ever order from this company!
