Complaint Review: On Track Modeling - OTM

I guess everyone's experience was different, but I paid the whole thing, went through the shoot, and the shots were bad. I only had one good pair of shoes, and I asked him what to do, and he said not to worry, they wouldn't show up - the shoes showed up in ALL the pictures.

I have never been contacted to complete my contract, which was supposed to include comp cards and a website... haven't gotten anything. They even disputed that I hadn't paid the full amount, when I did. I just filed a BBB report against them.
