This company attempted to  transport my vehicle for me from new jersey in the u.s. to here in the port in Castletown...  When I went to the port to get my vehicle it arrived 2 weeks earlier than Jermain told me and I ended up losing my car due to raising storage fees not only that it was told to me the total cost would be 1900.00 Total cost it was actually 750$ more that what ws on my contract.

Eventually they brought my car to auction and it was sold quickly so I was levt with no vehicle and no money from the puirchace of my 2017 Mercedes Benz GLK  by Jay at Onassis Auto Transportation Corp.

Please be advised we take all complaints very seriously and always work to do a full investigation into every claim. We would appreciate the opportunity to look into your claim.    

 

Mr. Williams, Notwithstanding we have no customer matching the information in your claim.  We are a broker:  fully licensed, insured and bonded with the US Department of Transportation. Also, all the carriers we work with are fully licensed, insured and bonded with the Department of Transportation as well. If your vehicle was damaged, We would gladly file a claim on your behalf, directly with the carrier’s insurance. Any cost you may have incurred because of misrepresentations by our company, we would gladly reimburse you.

We provide service to Europe, territories of the United States, Caribbean, etc. We are not sure which country Castletown is in, however, most transport takes between one and three weeks total and we keep you updated on every stage of the shipment process, and our clients have the ability to track their shipment online. Your contract would have the transit time, our dispatch and customer service tel# and email address. Our records show at no point did Onassis Auto Transportation had contact with a client matching the information you provided in your claim. That said, based on the normal transits time we are not entirely sure how your vehicle could have arrived 2 weeks earlier.

This is unclear. All international destinations the process is 1) we provide a contract with all details in writing 2) You return this signed contract to us 3) payments are proceeded per written agreement, either prepaid or payments are made after the vessel sails but before arriving at the destination port.  We work to get your vehicle safely on a ship and delivered safely at the destination. This information would have been communicated to you in writing as part of the contract. We don't know why your vehicle was in storage, who charged you nor why you were charged $750. All cost of our service would have been in writing and prepaid or payments are made after the vessel sail. We have nothing to do with nor would we be responsible for storage. That said, if you can provide us more details we would be glad to assist you.

Who brought your vehicle to an auction? Kindly provide some information on this auction, ex: Name, which city, country, etc? We had nor would we have anything to do with this, however, we would gladly investigate to remedy your situation.  

Onassis Auto Transportation 100% Customer focus!  Based on the info. provided, we did not do any business together. If you did, kindly provide more information so can get to the bottom of this.

You claim to have a contract from Onassis Auto Transportation that later changed. Can you forward a copy of this contract you are referencing? or Can you provide our order#? the name of the company that charged you storage?
