Complaint Review: On-Black

I ordered a hoody from them as a gift for someone. When I was trying to order it, at the bottom I noticed I couldn't add anything to the bag unless I dealt with their "3 suggestions of items to add." One was also a tshirt of the same hoody design I wanted. So I deleted the other two items and changed the specs on the design I wanted. Then I added it to my shopping cart and purchased it.

A couple weeks later I received my item and it's not what I ordered. Instead of the Navy hoody I purchased, I received a black unisex tee. I informed them that I received the wrong item and they refused to do anything about it - other than give me a 25% discount on a new item. I sent them screen captures to show exactly what had happened and let them know I think there was faultiness in their website (they said what I wanted wasn't in stock, but I showed them it said in bright red letter that there were "8 in stock remaining). They refused to refund me or exchange my item and said they're site was fine.

This place is a complete rip-off with horrendous customer service. They sent me the wrong item and would do nothing about it. Now I have something I don't want and will never spend money on anything on their site again. 

They have super cute stuff, BUT DON'T DO IT!!!
