Once a Year Pest Control in Florida is a complete ripoff *Consumer Suggestion
This company is a complete ripoff. I paid for services in my lawn for a full year and they have only come once and they refuse to refund my money putting me off when I call. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

Rebuttal:
Yes, there is something you can do. Pull out your contract and review the portion that covers preventative maintenance visits. Basically, what they promise in return for your money.
If the one visit has fallen short of the promise then take them to small claims court and get your money back. Small claims judges have a dim view of companies like pest control businesses, pool cleaners, and lawn maintenance businesses that absolutely must maintain a schedule with the customer in order to be effective, that fail to fulfill expectations.
