Complaint Review: One Box Call Sciences

One Box Call Services has been migrated from Phone People.  They are charging accounts under a different name and conveniently loosing any prior information regarding the customer accounts.  
Don't use these people!  They will not reverse charges later than 7 days!  

So they bill you at the end of the month and again at first of the month, you don't get your bill until the middle of the month then they tell you they will not reverse charges after 7 days.  What's up with that?  

They just whacked me for 2 months and a late fee within a 3 day period.  It's a American Express....what?  They forgot to bill me and now they, One Box, is charging a late fee? and will not reverse it?  I hope that American Express will have more moxy than this company.
