One Call Communications - Navicomm ripoff fraudulent billing Cincinnati Ohio
Received an invoice from One Call Communications on behalf of Navicomm stating on 9/20/05 for a total due of $93.20.
They claim two web accesses were done for exactly 20 minutes each, twice within a 2 hour period for exaclty $46.60 each.
There is no information on what web access was actually alledged, and the "account number" on the form is nothing more than my phone number.
I wrote them a letter this morning stating it only took a few seconds of research to discover a high level of fradulant charges by countless indivdiuals as well as numerous complains with the BBB and news media investigations.
Further, I told them I will do any and everything to protect my excellent credit standing, these charges are unauthorized, and I will not pay them.
I closed the letter by stating if they continue to send me these invoices, I will consider it harrasment and I will file complaints with the news media as well as local, state and federal government agencies.
