Complaint Review: One Call Communications

One Call Communications RIPOFF PHONY CHARGES FOR INTERNET SERVICES CARMEL, INDIANA

I recieved a bill for $63.11 from One Call. It said I was being billed on behalf of Navicom. The bill said "You are recieving this bill because (my phone number) was used to access a service that is not billed to your local phone company and requires you to be billed directly."

It gives you an 800 number to call for billing inquiries, but when you call it's automated system tells you that "all agents are busy". It also tells you that the web access service that you're being charged for is unknown to them.

I have a "long distance block" on my phone so there is no way I could access any web site that charges you or I would need a credit card right then. Also... there wasn't even anyone at home to use the internet on the dates I'm charged for.

I went on the internet to see what was up with this and found all you nice people who reported this scam. Thank You!!!The only thing that worries me is will my excellent credit be ruined if I don't pay this?

It WILL NOT Go On Your Credit Report! One Call Doesn't Have The Balls To Do It!

As mentioned in other posts about these scam-artists, these people are criminals who don't want the law involved.

1.) If they cannot justify what they are charging you, they have no case whatsoever and they are only screwing themselves if did have the balls to falsify unpaid charges on your credit report.

2.) They are harassing you by the hour with their auto-dialer thinking if they harassed you enough this way, you'll give in and pay. Phone harassment is a federal offense.

I moved after they started calling me over 7 months ago, and that phone number of mine is now off, so no biggie for me there.

As of this date, they never touched my credit report, because they KNOW it will cost them more than $63.11 if they do
