Got a bill in the mail from this company "ONE CALL", for "internet services", billed on behalf of a company called "NAVICOMM". Didn't recall any of this. Asked at home if anybody ordered anything. No one recognized the names.

I called the company to inform them that they had sent a bill to the wrong person. They told me that "this charge has been verified" and that it was for internet services. I asked them to list the services but they couldn't tell me what services I had "purchased".

They then turned on an auto dialer that called my home every 10-15 minutes. talked to them several time, even talked to a supervisor. Same story; you owe this amount for internet services, but they couldn't tell me what those services were.

Searched the net for NAVICOMM, LTD. Found the home page but no access to the other pages about the company. Very strange.
