Today 12/27/2012, the owner and a technician came and installed the part that was ordered before. I am very satisfied and recommend the company since it was not their fault that the a/c company didn't have the part.

First off, I would like to apologize for how long this has taken. You are right, we ordered the part at the beginning of October. I call the manufacturer every three days, they give me the same answer, " It hasn't been shipped yet." Just an FYI, this is a control board for a japanese mini-split A/C system. There is no way to jump out the board to get it to halfway work, or I would have tried it. We a literally at the mercy of the manufacturer. I talked to them two days ago, they said it had shipped out to their main distribution center in central florida, and that they would be overnighting it ASAP.

Secondly, I would like to apologize to you the tennant. The landlord is a personal friend of mine, and I never wanted this to happen. But, it's our franchise policy to only communicate with the landlord on matters like this. We also have logs and recorded conversations with you asking if the part has come in yet, so you were not left in the dark. Again, I am sorry, this is the longest I have ever waited on a part to come in and I have been doing this since the 80's.
