One King's Lane Selling products not in stock! Shipping boxes without product! Delayed deliveries. Severely broken or low quality pieces falsely described. Internet

My neighbor and I both ordered items from One King's Lane.  All products received by my neighbor were severely broken, that is, glass broken in several place and split wood down the front of cabinet doors.  

I purchased a piece for which only parts were shipped.  It took One King's Lane over about 2 weeks to respond with the fact that they were selling items that they did not have and that I should deal with their garbage and dispose of the parts and the 4' x 5' box and packaging waste that was cluttering my patio. 

When I requested that the parts be picked up immediately, OKL committed to sending Fed Ex, but that never happened either.

While customer service reps are courteous, they are completely ineffectual.
