Our experience is similar to Ebca Montecito California.  Ordered online, got confirmation of order, notice of billing, with estimated shipping date.

Shipping date comes and goes, with no shipment.  Over a half a dozen phone calls to customer service who essentially do nothing other than ask if we want to cancel order.

Under further inquiry, they tell us that the item is not available even though the webpage said it was.  Eventually they "check with vendor" and then tell us that it will take till February to get item.

No thanks!  We finally cancelled order.  Now let's see if we get our money back.

I don't think they actually ever had the item in stock.....ever.  So they are either deceitful or incompetent in describing what is or is not for sale online.  They are clearly incompetent in their customer service dealings as it took five days to get any kind of clarity.
