Complaint Review: One Love Studio

We hired Christian StomsVik DBA One Love Studio, Christian Miles Studio for our wedding photographer. We've married 4 months ago and still have no pictures from him. He told us that pictures would be ready within 2 months.

We've been trying to reach him. He never answer calls. We left so many messages to get the status of our photos. We've spoke to his wife Katharine and she was telling us that pictures are ready but she didn't know if he mailed the CD yet. She said that for a month and now she also doesn't answer our call.

This is insane. We don't even know that if he really has our pictures or not. It's more than money issue. We cannot have wedding again. He is so unprofessional. He took our money and not serving.

We recently filed a claim to small claim court NYC. Hopefully he will solve the problem before the court date.

Future brides and grooms. Do not even consider using One Love Studio for your wedding photographer. He may be cheaper than other photographer but there is a reason why!!
