I saw Cindy's report and I wanted to reply to her post. I also wanted to ask if anyone knew of a Class Action Suit against OSP? The website in gone, and the phone line is kaput. Now what are we supposed to do? What CAN we do? I have been trying for almost a year to get my money back ($29,000), and it seems like it has vanished into blue sky.

My attorneys from PrePaid Legal are drafting a letter to OSP, but if the company has "left town in the middle of the night", where can I go for justice?

Any response is appreciated. Thanks.

#4UPDATE EX-employee responds

Please check out another posting for Right Price Marketing Group. There is a list of addresses and pertinent names. The top four pictures on this posting still apply, however the bottom pictures of people are no longer with the company. Also, the companies that are listed for Cherry Promotions, and Guardian Long Distance, have no benefit from the seminars. These are the companies that RPM, OSP, Internet Marketing Group, whatever they are called now, use to do their phone calls. They are a vendor of the company. John Campbell is no longer affiliated either. The best thing I could advise would be to contact the Florida Attorney General. From what I understand, they have been building a case for quite sometime. They will ask for a statement in writing. Contact the consumer protection division for details. With the information that "Zeek" has put together about their new location in Tennessee, I am sure the attorney general in Tennessee would be greatly interested as well. As far as the money, all ex employees do speculate and are fair in our assumptions that the money went offshore. One owner lost his shirt, the other left the state. It's unfortunate that a lot of really good employees are being drug through the mud when they left the company months ago. But for those that followed Dave to TN, they deserve what they get!!! Best of luck to you! You may want to try to locate the business in the old Platinum Plus building, same street address, but suite 511, and phone 407-240-4121. They are using this number for "Corporate Offices" now, but the voicemail has been full for sometime. You may want to contact the feds to assist you in visiting this building.

I've no hope in recovering my money, but someone should stand trial for these.

Thanks to Cindi for her rebuttal. I'll pass along the info to my lawyers, and ask them to check with the State Attorney General's Office, and see what they think.

I've no hope in recovering my money, but someone should stand trial for these.

I recieved an e-mail (see below) on March 15th from "Pastor" Richard Alan. Seems like OSP/RPM are still fleecing people, and in doing so, must still be in the country.

I haven't tried the phone numbers yet, to see if they actually work.

...Just to let you know that we will be having an Update Announcement by the end of Tuesday with an attachment of a copy of the complete lawsuit that has been filed against Radiant by OneSetPrice. Also good news, the 800 Update Hotline Number is back up and operational with a new 800 number at 800-496-5148 and with a new updated message from David Cutler with all the latest news. We do apologize for the delay. Also the best way to contact us here at the Corporate Offices is to call us at 407-856-1609 or at the 800-881-1894 number...

I hope this will encourage others to stand together and seek justice for themselves.

To Ronald from Seattle,
So there is hope for those who never lose hope!! The money is probably gone offshore or another country. Some of the people who worked there know where the money is. What we need is someone to find it! Therein lies the problem!

The best attorneys in the state say there is a great RICO case, Internet Fraud, Consumer Fraud, etc, but there is nobody to pay them their $400. plus per hour to take the case!! They don't see the money so they are not interested.

The legal avenue is too slow anyway!! They have had at least 3 names in the last 3 months!! They are still having seminars!! Right here in S. FL in the last few weeks!!

They do not respond to letters from attorneys or anybody else!! If you want to get in touch with me I will give you the number to the people I have heard are putting together a lawsuit. I don't know how you can get in touch -- thru the webmaster at this site maybe??!!

They will not post numbers or email addresses, but if they will they can give my number to you. I don't know any other way to do it!

Respond to this Report!
