Complaint Review: One Solution Communications

This company is known under the following names:

CTJ Investments, LP, Texas Cellular Communications, One Solution Communications

They are an authorized resaler of AT&T, Sprint and TMobile brand products.  They have stores all over the DFW area under AT&T brand name and a corporate office in Dallas.  This company does not operate under Texas State legalities of employment.  They have multiple versions of software on 300+ computers and no software licenses.  They fire employees with no notice and no cause.  They are famous for unfair employee practices in 6 states.  They deny employees their right to access 401k funds, fire employees for reporting sexual harrassment and frequently HOLD BONUS CHECKS that are rightfully owed to the employees of the retail locations.  They do not give employees annual reviews or promised salary increases.  This company thinks that they can bend the rules, go around the law and mistreat employees.  Employees work overtime and are not compensated, provide use of their own vehicle with NO REIMBURSEMENTS and the list goes on.

IF YOU VALUE YOURSELF AND YOUR CAREER.....DO NOT EVER GO TO WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!  Furthermore, I would be VERY careful in purchasing any products from stores with the AT&T logo.  If you do, make sure it is an actual AT&T CORPORATE store which means it is AT&T and NOT an authorized resaler.
