This job almost ruined my life. I worked for Rob Hill doing door to door sales in his company "hill inc." until he decided to leave his parent company Cydcor and join its competitor One Source Provider. This is where i met Dean Elali (robs new business partner). They will lie and cheat their way to make a little bit of money. You will only be doing door to door sales for ATT U-verse or selling some kind of energy B2B. They will make you think that you will become a manager but I worked there for years and wasn't able to do it. I worked super hard too.

They sent me to the worst areas using my own car, paying for my own gas & was never allowed to complain or I would be punished by losing responsibilities in the office (which you're not paid for anyway bc its 100% commission) Not even an hourly wage.. nothing. Whatever you sell you get a small piece of that. I had a gun pulled on me, people threatened me almost every single day.. But i stayed in it bc I was promised i would get promoted.. and get my own office. Looking back and realizing what i was trying to do.. Everyone gets hired into that job.. No one is special. If you can walk and talk you can do it outside in any condition. Trust me don't get involved with these guys. Rob especially. He thinks he's a good business man... But he doesn't know the first thing about running an honest campaign.

This company is very different from Cydcor, and absolutely values those who work hard. If someone was still doing door to door for "years", that's a problem with the individual, not the company. Also by saying it is a dangerous company is quite an exaggeration. With no forward movement in the company in "years" and having a gun pulled on you in the field does not help your case as to this is clearly a personal issue, not the companies. I myself am also no longer with company, but for the sole reason that I am just not as outgoing and personable as a door to door salesman should be.

This company provides you with all the tools and opportunities; it is simply up to you to take advantage of them. I was so close to having my own office, but I was just not cut out for the door to door world. I miss making commissions! It was so nice getting out of a job what I put in. There is a reason this company is growing at such a rapid and successful rate right now, and it's because it is pushing people to work hard to keep going and achieve their dreams, and pushing those of us who aren't cut out for it or simply not willing to do door to door out of the company.
