My daughter was accepted by One Source Talent and invited back to a second interview and they said it is no cost. The second interview was hyped of the "New" office opening October 1st in Chicago and there is going to be a lot of work for print modeling for her.

The girl Kelly started typing in information on the computer about my daughter which was setting up her account page on the interent then gradually moved into asking for my credit card number for the $29.95 per month fee for hosting her page.

The got us on this one, and then they set us up with a 3rd interview with the pro "Donna". She asked if we had "professional pictures" of my daughter, and I told her that we had set up a time and appointment with a very good photographer which she shoved down our throat to cancel with our photographer, and said we need to use their photographer and pay $400.00 and then again being pressured "Would you like us to use the credit card that you gave us for the website?", I said I would call back and let her know if she can charge the card or not.

I don't like pressured sales people who are not concerned for my daughters talent, but my credit card number and if they can charge it right then to secure the appointment with "their" photographer.

I then started to research other agencies out of Michigan as this company is just as much of a scam as John Robert Powers agency in Southfield, MI except One Source Talent asked for less money to scam us. The other reputable agencies said in "No Way" should a childs parent pay for professional photo's as they change so much in growing, by the time you turn around it is time to get pictures again.

Good advice to you is to find a trade for print, or trade for CD photographer to get a child started in the business. It's FREE, and you get just as good of pictures.

Their website has success stories of people who just signed up and comment "I can't wait for my first job", haha. I bet they are still waiting because after the last meeting with them to pound you for more money, the silence begins! I called and sent a couple of emails after our 3rd appointment but no return call or email.

The casting calls on their website are not updated, and not many opportunities available. I have a feeling that this company is being operated behind the scenes of a well known scammer in the industry and look forward to seeing their office open in Chicago and see them get eaten alive by industry professionals.
