One Step Lien Search, Inc. Title Agents/Attorneys do not use One Step Lien search for your municipal lien searches Miami Florida
I use to work for xxxxx Title Insurance company in Florida, Our company switch to One step lien search, omg this people are a complete disaster we use to cut the checks to satisfied payment on lien search reports, they use to bill me for the same invoice over and over again even after the check was cshed. Their turnaorunds, 15 business days even 20 days on all my north florida deals. Their customers service is very bad and they even giving you attitude when you try to rush the request. Very Very umprofessional.
Hope I was off help.

I would like to apologize for any rudeness you may have received when calling One-Step Lien. If you could please provide a name of whom you were in contact at the time of your phone call? Or was it more than one employee?
As for our billing process, I am not sure if you provided the following: When submitting a check you must provide us with the copy of the invoice or the file number as for what that check is for, We can not issue a check to any file since some maybe cancelled. Unfortunatly there are just some cities that will have a horrible and uncompromising time frame...and some cities do not provide us verbal information. When files are past the turnaround times we try our very best to get the old files out before getting the new ones out. We always recommend that companies place their order as soon as possible, even if they are unsure if the file will close (we provide free cancellations). I thank you for your opinion and we will try harder to make our billing process more accurate.
Thank you,
One-Step Lien Search
