Car towed into shop to repair, the shop created more problems.
11-16-11my car broke down due to a faulty heatorblowermotor,I heard the blowermotor, but being at a atm machine, I couldnt leave my money to turn off.Nothing worked inside of the car after it cut off, cigarette lighter, interior lights, powerseats.called towtruck to have car towed to ONESTOPAUTO,being that it was one of the nearest shops available.Idescribed the issue to the fullest detail, three hours later,i found another technician under the hood, spraying starter fluid inside of the carburator, while smoking a cigarette.I adviced the tech that the issue wasnt mechanical,He had no idea what I was talking about, and then he asked me, the customer, to jump in and start it up.I explained to him the nature of the problem, how nothing inside of the car works,I advised him that if he finds the blown fuse, circuit,or relay, the car will start. He answered with rhetorical question"nothing works?"I called a tow to get my car out of there, but they said that it would cost $75I then talked to "CHAD" the owner, to make a long story short, he talked me into letting his "best technician" finish the job, that he had been working for him for over several years, that he always get the job done.I left, returned in six hours,my car had wires laying everywhere, parts had been left over he had no idea where he got them from, the trim underneathe the dash board was brokenoff, the carpet and seats were filthy with dirt. at that i paid the $75, I had had enough,i called chad on his cell phone, he told me that it would take another day to get the car back together.the next day,11-17-11, i went to the shop to get my car, and chad brushed me off, so i went into the bay and found the car in worse shape than it was before i brought it to them.the battery hooked up,but the car had no power anywhere, when before it did turn over.they couldnt put the car back together,so I started to take pics of the torn apart, sitting in shop car.  when they saw that i was taking pics, chad had about five of his tech to push the car out of the shop. In process of hiring a attorney...the second shop that I took the car to fixed the car in two hours; two burnt out fuseable links.
