One Stop Global QUICKEN I was not able to contact Quicken support to buy Quicken 16 for Windows. I went to One Stop Global QUICKEN and was sold 5 years of software for Quicken and Turbo Tax for $399. I could not contact Quicken via phone or chat as the services did not respond. I found One Stop Global Solutions who sold me what seemed to be a legitimate version of Quicken and offered five years of software for Quicken and Turbo Tax for $399. The software worked fine at first. Then I had a problem and called their support. They told me my computer and Quicken had been hacked and I needed to buy additional service to solve the problem.
I told them I would not and fixed the so called hack by installing Windows 10. When an automatic update to the software occurred, I could not access any financial accounts. I called their support number again and received a recorded message that my account was not valid. Their system only had the telephone number from which I called to do any verification.
I still cannot contact Quicken support via phone or chat as my password is not valid anymore.
