One Stop Solutions Array Hub, Affix Pro Offered fake computer repair by pretending to be Microsoft other
November 6, 2016 my computer wasn't working. When I turned it on all I got was a google page for "Microsoft Support" and a contact number. When I called the number it was for Array Hub. 1-800-276-2163 They connected me to AffixPro 1-800-261-7658 who took remote control of my computer. They just turned off the event logger and error notifications for my computer. Then to get my computer back they charged me $400 for lifetime computer repair services and $500 for a Symantec Endpoint Protection lifetime warranty.
After a year the Symantec program crashed. I got in contact with Symantec who told me it was an unlicensed 1 year trial copy and I was scammed. When I went to contact Affix Pro and Array Hub they no longer exist BUT they are owned by One Stop Solutions.
