Hi:

I went to ONE STOP SUNOCO at 940 E. 222 Euclid Ohio 44123 Nov. 24 2015 at 16:33:43 to purchase $10.00 of gas. The attendants keep acting like they could not understand me and I kept telling them to put the $10. on the white car on the other side of pump 3. They put my money on another pump. When I went back to tell them to clear the pump they told me that I already used the gas. I responded that I had just walked out and didn't have time to pump gas. They told me they had put the gas on another white car that drove off. I started telling them to refund my money or put the $10. on my pump. They refused, then told me that I was making noise in their store and to get off their property.  They were walking around like they were going to do something to me if I did not leave. I left without my gas or money. Gas station rip-off.

Something needs to be done about this situation. This is happening to frequently, then the gas station want to cry victim and retaliate when people are asking for their rights.

Can you please address this situations.

Thank you,

Just so you know, every gas pump as a number on it. If you are going to go into the store to pay in advance, just give the attendant the number of the gas pump. That way there is no confusion. By you saying: "I kept telling them to put the $10 on the white car on the other side of pump 3"  you made the location of your car confusing to the attendant. That is why each pump has a number. It is easier for you and for the attendant to get on the same page if you use the number.
